Productivity

Hard candy machine produces 3 – 5 Tons on average every 8 hours depending on product thickness which averages between 7 – 11 mm that can be controlled manually adjusting the pressing of roller wheel.

The length of Hard candy piece can be controlled automatically.

Hard candy formation passes through three stages:

1- First Stage is putting material used for making hard candy on the moving belt manually making it ready for the leveling process, also the speed of the moving belt is controlled via power inverter synchronized with the entire line.Second stage starts with primary leveling for the product, where leveling the Hard candy passes through three phases with roller of 150 mm Diameter food Teflon that is endurable under strong heat.

2- The space between every roller and the moving belt depending on the target thickness of the hard candy so it’s done gradually till reaches the last roller along with cooling fan also making sure there is no empty spaces in the product before cutting the product and also making sure to permit any human interfere during production.

At the last phase, we start cutting the candies vertically where we can control the length of the product automatically controlling the gluten cutting it, then cutting it horizontally using the Norg which is set of knives with diameter of 15 cm and the placement of each knife determines the width of the product and it’s adjusted upon customer request when purchasing the machine.

3- Last stage is cooling the completely made hard candies and moving it using a smooth belt with specific specifications and it’s speed is also controlled via power inverter so this is done via along with cooling fans so the product is completely cooled before packing process.
